THE GREG SILVA TRIO +1

The band is led by singing, electric and upright bassist Greg Silva.

Greg composes the music for the band . It is a mix of jazz, funk, latin and pop.

Greg is joined by some of New England's best players.

Saxophonist Joe C. Esposito (Tony Bennett, Aretha Franklin, Henry Mancini)  brings the band to new heights. He is something special that is a must hear.  Dennis "Rusty" Hughes on keys, has performed, and/or recorded with, Randy Brecker, Mike Mainieri, Mark Egan, Jerry Marotta, Tony Levin, Ira Coleman, The Artie Shaw Big Band, Chuck Mangione, Joe Piscapo, Ellis Hall and others. He was the musical director for Joan Rivers. Acting role as rehearsal pianist in HBO’s current series “The Gilded Age". Mike Casano is on drums. He has performed, and/or recorded with Randy Brecker, Keegan-Michael Key, Uzo Aduba, The Drifters, Mike Mainieri, Victor Wooten, Ellis Hall, George Garzone. Mike was featured in DRUM! magazine and has written articles for Modern Drummer magazine. The combo is hitting it on all cylinders and is something very special to enjoy.

The music is fresh and is a great listen, not just for jazz fans but for all lovers of music.  My Heart My Only - The Greg Silva Trio and Her Autumn Sky - The Greg Silva Trio +1, are a must listen!
